Our Property capabilities
Step 01 — Property Inspection
Vialencia Construction inspects your home's exterior for visible signs of wind and hail damage, including roofing, siding, gutters, and other affected components. We document our findings and explain potential repair needs so you can make informed decisions about your property.
Step 02 — Report Your Claim
Contact your insurance company to report the damage and begin the claims process. Your insurer will request information about the event, assign a claim number, and explain the next steps, which may include an adjuster's inspection.
Step 03 — Adjuster Inspection
Your insurance adjuster evaluates the reported damage on behalf of your insurer. Vialencia Construction can coordinate attendance at the inspection to share photographs, measurements, and construction-related findings. Your insurance company determines coverage and claim payments under your policy.
Step 04 — Review the Estimate and Initial Payment
If your claim is approved, review the insurer's estimate and payment explanation. An initial payment may reflect actual cash value, accounting for depreciation and your deductible. Payment amounts and timing depend on your policy and the insurer's evaluation.
Step 05 — Address Additional Repair Items
If additional damage or necessary repair items are identified, Vialencia Construction can provide supporting photographs, measurements, and an itemized estimate for your insurer's review. Any additional payment is subject to the insurer's approval and your policy's coverage.
Step 06 — Complete Mortgage Requirements
If your mortgage company is named on the insurance check, contact your mortgage servicer about its endorsement and fund-release requirements. You may need to provide repair documents or arrange inspections before funds are released.
Step 07 — Schedule and Complete Repairs
Once the repair scope, contract, and payment arrangements are established, Vialencia Construction coordinates material orders and schedules the work. We keep you informed about project timing, progress, and any changes that arise during restoration.
Step 08 — Submit Completion Documents
After repairs are complete, final invoices and any required completion documents can be submitted to your insurer. If your policy includes recoverable depreciation, these documents support a request for its release, subject to policy terms, deadlines, and insurer review.
Restoration Complete
Vialencia Construction reviews the completed work with you, addresses remaining project items, and provides applicable project and warranty information.
Every claim is different. Steps may overlap or occur in a different order. Coverage, deductibles, depreciation, and payment requirements depend on your insurance policy and mortgage servicer.
